Denmark, Maine - January 22, 2020 - We are now officially under contract to purchase this piece of property. Completely wooded, this lot is 4.23 acres in size. It's fairly level with good drainage. We've already snowshoed the central area where the house will be located and we will be screened from the neighbors and experience minimal road noise.
